ROSEWOOD: AN AUTOBIOGRAPHY
Chapter 14: Part 4 - Rosewood in Africa
The entrance to the ELIM facility where the Apostolic Center will be.
It has now been two weeks since I arrived in Uganda, where I was so warmly welcomed by my younger brother and my family here.

After recovering from the travel, getting settled in my home and reconnecting with everyone, I began meeting with key leaders to discuss the expansion of Manna Bible Institute Uganda (MBIU) and to introduce them to the Intensive Training Program for the establishment of an Apostolic Center that I will be holding over my remaining months here.

There was one active site for the MBIU classes during the last cycle of training. During my first week, the space for the second site was prepared and equipped for the next cycle of training, which will begin at both sites in February. Classes will be held each 1st and 3rd week of each month during this cycle.
The Intensive Training Program began during this past week and will continue on the alternate weeks each month when the MBIU classes are not held. God has called an awesome team of leaders to the Apostolic Center mission that will be a living example of the reformation of the apostolic model that Jesus established and was active in the New Testament. It was this model that resulted in an explosion of Christianity that transformed most of the known world at that time. God is restoring kingdom ministry in this season, and He has chosen Uganda as the center from which this great work will begin and expand throughout the African continent.
During my first week here, I was also privileged to speak at a monthly Women's Gathering to encourage and empower them to take their role in the coming apostolic reformation that God is affecting at this time. Women were raised up by Jesus after some four centuries of bondage during the rise of Judaism that is known as the Dark Ages. It was only through the joint work of women and men that Christianity was able to be birthed and thrive in New Testament times. Women have also been considered as second-class citizens in most of the Body of Christ during the last twenty centuries that we consider to be the church age. But that season is over, and women are now being lifted again to their God given role in this day!
Finally, I also met with and shared with the Council of Elders in the Pentecostal Church of Uganda at the site where God is establishing the Apostolic Center.

I am so blessed to be called to prepare God's chosen for this mission! In two weeks, I will share the next chapter in this extraordinary adventure! To God be the Glory!
